I was very happy with the service Peter in service was excellent but I was shocked at the price of the battery $407, I did go on your website at Paul Massey it showed a battery for $198 a gold battery with a three year warranty I don't even know how long this Delco battery is warranted Peter wasn't even sure when I asked him, I did call Peter on the price he said there was nothing he could do, like I said happy with the service just very disappointed on the cost of the battery thank you

As I always say.. “your first impression is your last impression”. While the dealership is small, it flows very well. The grounds are kept super clean, the service staff are attentive and professional which affirms they are taken care of by their employer. They performed the service I wanted, there was no upselling or pressure as many dealerships do. Best part about it was I could watch my truck being serviced through waiting area window. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided, an extra perk especially when you take the kids.

Service desk was very good, dealership customer waiting area was clean and well appointed as well as the showroom floor and lot, since I did stroll around. A very good impression. A complimentary car wash was offered, so I did accept….. I know free is free, but, if the car wash is not a reflection of the dealership, then fix it or don’t offer it. My truck is black and ended up streaking dirt (windshield dirty plus body panels) and my roof wasn’t even washed. I suspect the car wash service is an outside vendor. This is an easy fix! I still think you run the best operation. Thank you

I have been to the GMC dealership with 3 year old terrain twice in the last month for powertrain issues. This time the car one seen in the same day and I was able to get it back that night. What I am unhappy about with dealership and GMC itself is they are not honest with the customer that there are known issues with the Terrain and they are letting parents get in a car with children when they are not safe to drive on the highway. GMC will not be honest they do not have all the parts or are refusing to recall these vehicles to fix the known issues on these cars to protect the safety of there customers. This is my second Terrain and I had always planned to buy a new one but due to my experience with this dealer and over all GMC because they cannot be honest with me I will never buy another GMC product and will also tell my friends to not do the same. Everyday I am concerned about my safety and the safety of my family because I do not have confidence in this car or the GMC product overall. GMC should be making their customers a priority and not lying that we are "A Valued Customer"

I scheduled my first service through the app; received an email confirmation and showed up two weeks later. The service rep had no appointment scheduled in their system. He then told me they weren’t even open for service that day and time, although there was a couple waiting in the lounge and techs were working on in the shop. I was told there’s no availability and had to reschedule for two weeks later. That service was ok other than the complimentary first wash couldn’t be done because they had well issues. How about add it to the next one? Overall it was a lousy first experience and impression.

I had a leak in my resiviour which needed attention right away. I work my regular job at EB and have been doing a room addition at my step daughter and son in laws house because another baby is on the way very soon. Peter took my call and new the gravity of my situation that I needed to get this fixed asap. Booked another week out he was able to get me in the next day. It was a quick fix, and managed to get the oil changed also, so that the baby timezone wasn't set behind. Awesome job to all involve on getting me back up and running so quickly! A good experience except that when servicing is going to be more than a two hour wait, a loaner car should be offered up front when the appointment is made. I could have be doing my errands while my car was being serviced rather than cooling my heels in the lounge for three hours while my auto was serviced.

Came in for a quick Driver's side mirror plastic replacement. Left and sensors had been affected, but nobody even bothered to check- or for that matter even look at the dashboard when they pulled the car around for me to take. I had to turn around and bring the car right back. It was a quick fix. But the point is, I would think you'd pay attention. I understand you're very busy trying to get as many people in as possible, but definitely not a good first impression.I want to go someplace where they pay attention to details.

I wish I could give this review 2 ratings: 1 for the experience (two stars) and 1 for how the problems have been resolved. (4 stars) This all began when I bought my car (this is a new car, not a used car). After I signed all the paperwork, the salesman told me there was a small "ding" in my driver's side door, but they would fix it at their expense. After looking more closely at it, the dealership decided that the "ding" was down to the metal and the car had to go to a body shop. The dealership made an appt for me, and came to pick up my car and gave me a loaner. After a few days, the car was ready. The salesman delivered my car (in the pouring rain) and took the loaner back. Once the rain stopped, I looked at the door more closely. There were paint bubbles all over the door. I called my salesman 3 times, but he never answered my call. I drove to the dealership where I learned that the salesman no longer worked at Paul Masse. However, they took my car back to the auto body shop and did a better job this time of re-painting my driver's side door. Next, I took it in for my first service - oil change, rotating tires, etc. I left my car there the night before, and didn't get a call until late afternoon the next day that it was ready (I was not expecting that the oil change would take an entire day). I picked up my car in the dark. The next day, I noticed a very large scratch across the front of the car. I can't lie - I was furious! I drove back to the dealership and spoke to the nice man in the service center who I had dealt with the day before. He looked at the car, called his manager over, and they have agreed to fix the scratch. They are going to try to buff it out, but if not, it will be going to the body shop again. Paul Masse has stepped up and made good on all their promises, but wow! I am trying very hard to keep this brand new car in good shape, and if I could keep it away from Paul Masse, I'd be doing fine. As always, the staff is friendly, clear and helpful. Jeff has come to my rescue on several occasions with issues addressed with problems concerning warranty. When my vehicle wouldn't start, the tow company was there in 15 minutes, a rental car was secured and since the car was under warranty, the problem was solved without having to worry or pay! From the day I purchased my vehicle to now has been a great experience. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, ever!

Went for oil change and RI State inspection. tech forgot to put inspection sticker on my windshield. waited 20 minutes more after I returned to the garage to have the sticker applied. Came home and read recommendations that service tried to have done for the car and realized I was told I needed a new engine air filter. I just put in a new air filter at my last oil change back in April 2025. So, either the tech didn't give me a new air filter last year or I was being sold one for a filter that was only 9 months old. So what do i do now? if the air filter wasn't replaced last April then I'm driving with a very dirty filter or is the service department over selling me?

It was a struggle from the start with communication between all parties. it was almost as once the car was sold , their job was done. We had to keep reminding them to fill out their end of the paperwork, then within a month of owning the truck, there was already an issue (we were told everything on the car was updated and checked thoroughly). However, brake pads were not done, sensors were bad, and the truck has an awful shake that even after the service , is still doing it. It took us a week of calling to finally get across to the service department. Even now, my truck is still having issues and we are afraid to even bring it back because it seems like nothing was done except them clearing the codes on my dashboard! Very disappointed in this whole process that was supposed to be a pleasant experience. I feel like I was sold a truck with known issues and don't know what to do next.
